No derogatory behavior, harassment or purposefully malicious verbal attacks. We understand that there can “trash talk” in game, but do not target age, gender, race, politics, religion or sexuality. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against these. If you have questions, ask. Remember this is a game. We do not tolerate personal attacks or insults.
You can be hostile in your ROLEPLAY, but do not take it too far, do not harass others and do not take it personally. Remember this is a game.
If your behavior is overly antagonistic, we may take action against you.
Do not cheat, exploit glitches, wall-hack, loot cycle, dupe, combat log, stream snipe/stream stalk or use any type of exploit in game to give yourself an advantage.
Do not use any outside meta in order to hunt someone down online.
Do not watch streamers nor be present in their chats if you are on the server. If you join the server, we recommend you leave any chat you are in so as to not present a problem. Do not come into the server with any knowledge you might gain from watching their stream.
Do not use Discord channels to give away the location of your opposition to your teammates.
Use common sense on glitches or in-game exploits. Don’t use them and if you have to ask yourself if it’s a glitch or an exploit, it probably is.
Logging out of the game to escape an encounter is against the rules. You must wait 15 minutes to log out after having been involved in combat if you did not kill your opponent. Kill them, negotiate or retreat from the situation but there must be a time gap of 15 minutes.
In the same vein, do not use a server restart to ambush a player you were observing or in combat with before restart.
Having an alt-account is allowed but do not use it to return to the scene of an incident where you have previously died.
We will not compensate you for your loot if you die or game bugs. New life, new you, new loot.
Bans will begin as permanent. If you wish to appeal, you must complete a ticket to explain why you wish to be unbanned.
Video evidence will always be useful if you file a ticket, whether for an incident or to request an unban. This can be a Twitch clip or other program to record what happened. We reserve the right to produce a clip in order to use as evidence to justify our decision.
Your in-game name

If you have a problem with a player, try to strike them with an object or weapon, not your fists, so that we can identify them.
